Rates will be displayed at checkout based on the “Ship To” address, weight, and dimensions of the order.
International customers must call or email for a shipping estimate.
Orders are processed twice each business day at 9 AM and 2 PM EST. Most orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Weather delays, supplier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery time. Orders placed with K.M. Thomas require a signature for delivery. K.M. Thomas Company Limited is not liable for packages left at the door. It is highly recommended that an adult is available to sign for the package at the shipping address you provide.
Order Status
Refer to the product information provided online for availability status. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will contact you via email within 24 hours after the order is placed providing an estimated shipping date. At this time, you may opt to part ship all products on the order that are in stock, or wait until the entire order is available to ship.
The item you ordered may not have been available when either you ordered it originally or another order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within a short time period, and ship within one to two weeks while some custom products will have varied deliveries. Please reach out to us for custom products – anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship your product to you as quickly as possible.
